The owner has sold the building and all the tools, equipment, office equipment, floor scrubbers, air compressor, nut and bolt bins, hardware bins, stainless steel tables, ladders, collectibles, safe, registers, meat slicer, ice crusher, drink dispenser, cook top, pallet jacks, 40 ft storage container, bicycles, John Deere kids tractor, and the list goes on. This building has to be emptied ASAP. This is a SHORT NOTICE ABSOLUTE AUCTION. Bring your trucks and trailers, be prepared to load after the sale. All items are inside the building, so the sale happens rain or shine!
Preview is at 8 am on March 30th, Auction starts at 10 am. All items must be our of building by 5 pm Friday night. Buyer can arrange pickup of Storage Container next week but must be moved by Wednesday April 4th at 5 PM. |
