Pickup will be on October 20th from 3-6PM at 2931 Bruce Ct., Beavercreek, Ohio 45434 Partial Listing: Craftsman Compound Mitre Saws; Drill Presses; Routers and Router Table; Hand Tools; Sanders; Drills; Nice Selection of Clamps; Power Tools of all Types; Vintage Tools and Hardware; Televisions; Outdoor Furniture; Dining Room Tables and Chairs; Piano and Much More!
No Early Pickups. Some items are in the basement of the home. Buyer will need hire or bring enough help to remove the items from the basement. Those items include the piano, refrigerator, pool table, wardrobe, pump organ and bed.
Items may be picked up at scheduled removal or by appointment only. Items left and not picked up will be resold for storage fees and re-listing fees!
