Buyers shall rely entirely on their own inspection and information. Every effort is made to "guard" merchandise throughout the auction; however, the bidder becomes solely responsible for all items purchased by him/her immediately following the winning bid. Therefore he/she is further advised to guard his/her items at their own discretion. Should a dispute arise between two or more bidders, the decision of the Auctioneer will be final.
