TERMS:
ONLINE BIDDING ONLY. Bidding ends Thursday, October 27th at 1:00 PM. IF you are the high ONLINE bidder, then you will by Powell Auction & Realty, LLC by phone and email upon auction ending. Auction IS SUBJECT TO CONFIRMATION by the Development Corporation of Knox County, Tennessee. In no event shall the Development Corporation of Knox County or Powell Auction & Realty LLC, be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or exemplary damages or lost profits, even if Knox County has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
As the high bidder, you will need to sign the real estate purchase agreement WITHIN 24 hours of auction ending and pay a deposit of 10%. US Currency Cash OR Approved Check. 5% buyer's premium added to final price to establish total contract sales price.
All properties are sold AS-IS, WHERE-IS, without warranties or guarantees of any kind. Sold without financing or other contingencies. Real estate property taxes will start at closing for the buyer. ALL information is from tax records and are approximate and not guaranteed. Owners and/or Auctioneer makes no warranty as to accuracy of information.
