Sold AS-IS WHERE-IS. No warranties of any kind. 15% buyers premium added to bid price. Day of auction ending payment in full will be collected via the credit card that was used for registration. Any invoice in which card fails to run to be paid by good local check or cash. Items are subject to auto-extend bidding. If a bid is placed in the last 5 minutes, the auction will be extended automatically for 5 minutes. Example: If an item receives a bid at 5:59PM, the bidding will automatically extend to 6:04PM until all bidding is exhausted on the item. This makes it fair to all bidders. If you don't understand the terms, please call and we can explain them to you. If you don't agree with the terms of this auction, or don't trust the system, then don't bid! The personal property begins ending at 6:00PM day of sale.
