Directions: Off U.S. Hwy 40 west of Effingham, IL go north on 900th St. 2 miles then left on 1400th Ave 2/10's of a mile. Go right on South Shore 8/10's of a mile and right on 16th Ave for 2/10's of a mile.
If you cannot pick up and pay for the items do not bid. Contact auction company if you would like an item shipped. If so, buyer will pay the independent shipper over the phone with credit card.

STAGGERED/DYNAMIC CLOSING: The auction will begin closing at 6:00 PM Wednesday July 22nd 6pm. An item will begin close every 30 seconds after. The closing time of each lot will be automatically extended an additional 2 minutes whenever a bid is placed within the last 2 minutes of the lot closing.
LOAD OUT/PICK-UP: Winning bidders may pay and pick their items up Thursday July 23rd 3pm to 6pm. There are way too many items to meet and make appointments for pick up. If a person cannot pick up the item do not bid. Schmid Auction or seller is not responsible for any accidents of injuries while loading!
We will be set up to pay at the auction site. If a person would like an item shipped call the auction company.
If a person is a no show their credit card will be charged. We will not take any large items back to our auction facility. AGE REQUIREMENT: All bidders must be at least 18 years of age to purchase. BUYER'S PREMIUM: a 10% buyer's premium will be added to each purchase. Example: If you bid $100.00, you will be charged $110.00 at check out. PAYMENT: Accepted forms of payment include Visa, MasterCard, Discover (with a 3.5% convenience fee), personal check with proper ID, wire transfer & cash
