Upon notification the bidder must make a $5,000 GUARANTEED DEPOSIT in CASH OR BANK CHECK by Thursday, March 5, 2020 @ 2PM and a FINAL FULL PAYMENT by Monday, March 9, 2020 in CASH OR BANK CHECK.This will include a 20% Buyer’s Premium ($5,000.00 minimum) paid to the auctioneer.
