All units/merchandise sold as/is; this is a CASH ONLY SALE!!!! $100 deposit required for each unit purchased; deposit returned once the storage facility sees that the unit is completely empty and broom swept, no merchandise can be left/disposed on the property. Units must be emptied by the following Monday after the sale by 8am; a gate code will be given to each successful bidder for 24 hour access. Please register at the office for a bidder number by 9:45am the day of the sale, no one will be allowed to bid without registering.
