Bidding at this auction constitutes a valid, binding contract between individuals participating in the auction with the intent to purchase. If you do not pay or pick up - you will be banned from bidding at future auctions and legal actions may be taken by seller and auctioneer. If you require help loading your loot, please bring it with you- we will be able to assist with loading large lots onto trailers with scheduled appointments.
