ALL other items will have a 15% buyer's premium added to the final price (s) to determine the total amount owed of each item. Due to insurance regulations, Triple States is not able to assist any winning bidders with removal of contents items from the building where the items are located. Please bring whatever equipment and/or people you will need to remove the items won in the auction. A seller does not possess expertise in contracting, engineering, architecture, or other areas related to the construction and condition of the property.
