No allowance or set aside will be made on account of any incorrectness, imperfection, defect or damage. � Any descriptions or representations are for identification purposes only and are not to be construed as a warranty of any type. Seller assumes no responsibility for any repairs regardless of any oral statements about the item. � It is the responsibility of the buyer to have thoroughly inspected items and to have satisfied himself or herself as to the condition and value and to bid based upon that judgment solely. � As a Bidder, placing a bid is a binding contract between you and JSJ Auctions, and the bid cannot be retracted unless due to fault by the Seller of typographical error, or other error, due to human error on the Seller�s part. Once you place a bid, and if you win, you will be obligated to buy the product at the said price you indicated as your bid. Seller reserves the right to cancel any or all sales and resell the items in whatever manner it chooses. � All sales are final. No refunds will be issued. Item sold as-is, where-is, with no warranty written or implied. � Payment will be due within 48 hours of receipt of invoice. Invoices will be sent via email immediately upon notification of seller approval. Payments via ACH, wire transfer or credit card (3% convenience applies to all credit card payments) may be made in person at our office in Epping, NH or by phone at 1-800-639-1810. If products are sold into another State in which sales tax collection is required, it is the responsibility of the respective buyer to address any tax implications imposed by their respective states. � Buyer solely responsible for removal of item�s from seller�s premises WITHIN TEN (10) CALENDAR DAYS after bid approval. Buyer or Buyer�s agent must contact the seller to schedule a removal appointment. If item�s are to be picked up by anyone other than the successful bidder, buyer will be required to furnish agents contact information to the Seller at time of making removal appointment. A paid receipt and positive ID at the time of removal will be required prior to releasing any item. NO EXCEPTIONS. � Seller is NOT responsible for providing tools or heavy equipment to aid in removal, but such may be available. � Shipping and Transportation is the responsibility of the buyer. Buyer is responsible to arrange to have its purchased Items packed, insured, rigged, moved or shipped, and shall accept full responsibility for all labor, materials and costs necessary to complete its removal, as well as any damages, losses, acts or omissions related to Buyer's removal of purchased Items from the Sale Site. In the event buyer uses a third party to remove their Item(s), buyer is responsible to coordinate such removal within the posted checkout times for each specific sale with their 3rd party service providers. Buyers are also responsible to provide their 3rd party service providers with Buyer�s Paid Invoice. � All sold items must be removed per terms of the auction unless written approval from the State of New Hampshire for special consideration of size and/ or available equipment is given.
