DO NOT BID unless you have registered, received a Bidder's Card or paddle number and have read and agreed to be bound by the terms of sale in the Contract as they are enforceable against you upon becoming a high bidder. No Buyer's Premium will be added at this auction. Property tax will be prorated for the current tax year. The buyer may receive said tax bill in the mail. If that is the case, please contact FHRA or the seller to ensure that the bill has been paid. This property is to be sold by the confines of the deed. Closing: No later than 45 Day closing, sold in As-Is condition, no contingencies expressed or implied.
