Bidder waives their right to a chargeback and agrees that they will not charge back on any credit/debit card purchases. Any Chargeback is subject to a defense fee of $100 to offset the time and fees associated with the chargeback PICK UP and SHIPPING: Pick up or load out days are clearly marked in auction listing. You accept full responsibility for safely loading your purchases. We do not provide straps, dollies, carts, manpower, or assistance of any kind. Any item forgotten at sale site is not the responsibility of HGWTllc. It is your responsibility to ensure all purchases are in your possession. We are only available for pick up at the posted slotted times. Failure to pick up your items will result in forfeiture to estate. We do not have alternate days. This is an online only auction to liquidate an estate in St Charles, MO. All items sell as is, as found with no attempt to improve. This auction has a soft close beginning at 7 pm on Monday, January 22nd with 1 lot closing every 13 seconds. Pick up is from Noon til 6 on Wednesday, January 24th at the home.
