Failure to remit full payment by the deadline set forth will result in invoice cancellation and Buyer(s) will forfeit all rights to any lots awarded. ● Upon arrival, the seller will sign and acknowledge that equipment is being released to the buyer. ● Buyer must arrange removal and shipping logistics. All assets must be removed from the site no later than 9/15/23. Any asset(s) not removed by 9/15/23 will be forfeited and monies paid for said assets will also be forfeited. No refunds will be provided.
