Your credit card will not be charged unless you win. When an auction closes on pickup you can pay (cash check or debit, plus applicable buyers' premium, and taxes, as stated in terms of auction. For items sold with a 'reserve', you will be required to pay a minimum amount in order to win the item. AUCTION RECORDS: In the unlikely event of a dispute, you agree to accept as true the information that we have in our records. CATALOGUE ERRORS & OMISSIONS: If a description does not match a picture in a lot, the description takes precedence. All items are sold on an (as is) where is basis, with all faults. Note: Sizes are approximate and not guaranteed to be exact. GUNS & GUN RELATED ITEMS Winning Bidder Must Produce Valid Pal Ontario Issued Photo License at Pickup. Name on PAL must match name on invoice. If you cannot produce a valid PAL for pickup, you will still be obligated to pay for any items you bid on that require the license but will not be allowed to remove the items. All gun and gun related items including those that require a PAL must be picked up in person. There will be no shipping offered on gun or gun related items. If you purchase a gun and/ or gun related item(s) and expect it to be shipped, you will still be obligated to pay for the item(s) and will not get it shipped. Item(s) will be forfeited and become Great West Property. OFF-SITE AUCTIONS: Off-site auctions are all auctions not held at the Great West Auction Building, 4066 Brigden Road, Petrolia, ON. All items must be picked up for off-site auctions. Failure to pickup will result in removal fees and it will become property of Great West.
