TERMS of Auction: All items will be sold as is at Absolute Auction. All sales are final and a binding contract between buyer and auctioneer. There will be no refunds provided! Unless auctioneer announces special circumstances on a specific item as to guarantee that item, all items are being SOLD "AS IS" (you can inspect items during preview day of auction and power will be available for you to check out any item you like.) If you like you can make arrangements with auctioneer to check out any vehicle, tractor, or item you like a day or two in advance of auction by APPOINTMENT. You're welcome to bring your own mechanic to look them over. Acceptable forms of Payment are USD CASH (Personal / Business Checks) if you are known by auctioneer or someone known by Auctioneer vouches for you. Debit / Credit Cards will be acceptable forms of payment with additional 5% processing fee if you're known by Auctioneer. If you're not known by Auctioneer, you will need to get prior approval by Auctioneer before sale starts. Any questions regarding payment methods please feel free to contact auctioneer well in advance of auction. If you're honest person, you will not have a problem getting payment method approved. State Sales Tax of 7% is due on all items except vehicles unless you submit a certificate to be kept on file with your purchases showing proof of tax exemption. All Buyer's are responsible to be sure that all Items bought have full payment secured. That all Items are to be paid in full day of sale, before buyer loads the item or leaves the premises. Auctioneer does accept absentee bids and phone bids if they are arranged prior to auction starting. However there is a 10% fee ($5 minimum charge) to do so. There will be a Notary on site day of Sale for anyone that purchases a vehicle. However only those that pay in full with secured funds "CASH" day of Auction or has had another Payment Method Approved by Auctioneer prior to auction for the vehicles will be given the keys and title signature released day of sale. All others will have to meet Auctioneer at the Bank Monday morning or have prior arrangements made with auctioneer before auction. Once payment is secured then title and Keys will be released. If you have any questions / or request in regards to this, PLEASE contact AUCTIONEER well in advance of the Auction. All items sold become the property of the buyer and the buyer's responsibility soon as the item is announced sold. It's the buyer responsibility to secure the item at that time. However please do not attempt to load item or remove item from the premises until payment is made in full. This applies to all items, but especially the vehicles as stated above. Auction company will have minimum workers on site day of sale. They are there to assist auctioneer in conducting the auction. Auctioneer advises you to bring help with you day of sale should you need assistance of any kind. However once auction is complete and has ended the few guys assisting auctioneer will be available immediately after sale to assist you in loading day of sale only. Please take care of them with monetary tips if you use them. If you need to return later to pick up an item or items you will need to bring help with you should you need any. If you make a purchase and for some reason cannot take it with you day of sale. Auctioneer does accept absentee bids and phone bids if they are arranged prior to auction starting. However there is a 10% fee ($5 minimum charge) to do so. 

There will be a Notary on site day of Sale for anyone that purchases a vehicle. However only those that pay in full with secured funds "CASH" day of Auction or has had another Payment Method Approved by Auctioneer prior to auction for the vehicles will be given the keys and title signature released day of sale. All others will have to meet Auctioneer at the Bank Monday morning or have prior arrangements made with auctioneer before auction. Once payment is secured then title and Keys will be released. If you have any questions / or request in regards to this, PLEASE contact AUCTIONEER well in advance of the Auction.

All items sold become the property of the buyer and the buyer's responsibility soon as the item is announced sold. It's the buyer responsibility to secure the item at that time. However please do not attempt to load item or remove item from the premises until payment is made in full. This applies to all items, but especially the vehicles as stated above.

Auction company will have minimum workers on site day of sale. They are there to assist auctioneer in conducting the auction. Auctioneer advises you to bring help with you day of sale should you need assistance of any kind. There will be lots of walking on uneven ground and in out of buildings etc. If you plan to attend this auction, then you're accepting the risk and are advised to bring assistance / Chairs with you to help you and or ask parking attendee for assistance and direction. Even then you're attending this auction at your own risk and relieve auctioneer and property owners of all liability. There will be some limited seating available but it's not comfortable :)
