DELINQUENT STORAGE UNIT ONLINE AUCTION BIDDING NOW OPEN BIDDING CLOSES MONDAY MAY 8TH. Beginning at 9AM Contents of 6 delinquent Storage Units to be sold via online bidding only. Located at Autumn Ridge Self Storage sites. Bidding Begins to close MONDAY May 8th. beginning at 9 A.M. All units sell in their entirety. All units MUST be cleaned out within 72 hours of end of auction. There is a $100 PER unit clean out deposit required on ALL purchases. This deposit will be returned to buyer when unit is COMPLETELY cleaned out. PLEASE READ TERMS CAREFULLY! All bidders MUST register with a valid credit card to be eligible to bid. Payment by Credit card ONLY! ALL purchases including clean out deposits WILL be charged to the credit card used for bid registration. There is a 13% buyers premium on ALL purchases. Please see detailed terms for payment & pickup instructions. If you have been registered on our site prior to 5/1/21, it is necessary for you to update your credit card information including expiration date before the close of the auction. If you are a winning bidder, all purchases including clean out deposits will be charged to your credit card within 2 hours after the close of the auction. An invoice will then be emailed to you. This invoice will include the site address of the unit or units purchased & site manager contact information. It is strongly recommended that you call the site manager prior to arrival to insure they are present at the site where your unit was purchased to assist you in gaining access to your unit. You MUST present this invoice at the storage facility to gain access to the unit or units purchased. Buyers are responsible for the removal of the entire contents of units purchased & All units MUST be cleaned out no later than 72 hours from the end of auction. Autumn Ridge Self Storage & Gene Gornik Auctioneer reserve the right to remove any & all units that may be paid in full by the owner during the time the unit is online & live & up until the time of closing. Any units not cleaned out within the 72 hour time frame will be locked & purchaser will forfeit the remaining contents & clean out deposit. If a buyer elects to forfeit the clean out deposit & leave items in the unit, they will be banned from future auctions & could be charged additional clean out fees including dump & labor costs.
