No bids can be withdrawn once submitted before, during or after the auction for any reason. BUYER understands that any description given, written on the equipment, or advertised by any other means is not guaranteed, and BUYER will rely entirely on their own inspection. Auction company has the right to bid on behalf of the seller. Buyer's Premium & Sales Tax: A buyers' premium of 15% of the high bid will be added to the high bid to determine the final selling price for the auction lot. Sales tax is calculated on total sales price which includes Buyer's Premium (therefore Buyer's Premium is also taxable). Payment: A BANK WIRE or CASH at Pick-Up is Required for ALL invoices $2,000 and up. If you would like to pay using another form of payment, then be sure to indicate as such upon registering. No items removed until payment has been received by auction company. Advantage Auctions accepts the following forms of payment: Cash, Cashiers Check, Personal or Company Checks (Auction company reserves the right to hold any and all merchandise until checks are cleared). No checks outside of the state of Michigan are accepted. Merchandise becomes the full responsibility of the buyer at time of payment and the buyer assumes all risk of loss and damage to property at that time. Advantage Auctions reserves the right to resell any property not paid for in full by the conclusion of the stated pickup period. In any such event, the Buyer will still be responsible for payment for the original purchase and the costs of collection of this payment and/or damages resulting from the resale of the property. PICK UP Dates/Times Load out will take place on 4/13/23 - 4/15/23 Thursday - 9:00am - 5:00pm Friday 9:00am - 3:00pm Saturday 9:00 A.M. - 12:00 P.M. Buyer is responsible for DISASSEMBLY, LOADING, PACKAGING & SHIPPING of items purchased. Auction staff will not have tools available for disassembly. Please bring any necessary tools with you at time of pickup. LOCATION: This is an ONLINE-ONLY Auction. Buyers are responsible for rigging, loading, and moving all items purchased without assistance from Advantage Auctions. Items NOT removed within auction terms will be considered abandoned and forfeited. NO STORAGE AVAILABLE. IF YOU CANT PICK UP YOUR ITEMS DURING SCHEDULED LOAD OUT HOURS PLEASE DON'T BID **Very important: With exception of previous arrangements with Advantage Auctions, you MUST pick up your items on the specified date(s). If not, you understand and fully agree that you will be charged $10 per day (per item) for storage and any additional charges such as labor and hauling fees. Furthermore, Advantage Auctions reserves the right to make attempts and resell your merchandise at any time after the published move out date(s). Auction Ending: Beginning at the stated closing time, the auction software will conclude bidding for one lot each twelve seconds in catalog order with the following exception: if a bid is placed in the last three (3) minutes remaining for that auction lot, bidding for that lot will remain open for an additional two (2) minutes. Some lots may be grouped together so that a bid on one lot will extend the time on all lots in that group. Debt Collection and Interest Charges: The buyer agrees to pay all reasonable attorney fees and other costs incurred by Advantage Auctions in its efforts to collect unpaid funds from the buyer. The buyer agrees that a fee of 10% of the outstanding balance per month be added to any unpaid balance due Advantage Auctions. Any debt collection or dispute proceedings will be heard in Saint Johns, Michigan. Limitation of Liability If, for any reason, Advantage Auctions is unable to make available or deliver any Purchase, or portion thereof, or documentation required in respect of any Purchase, the sole liability of Advantage Auctions if any, shall be the return of monies paid in respect of such Purchase upon its return by Purchaser. Non Paying: In addition to the above, Understand that we are working for our seller. We have zero tolerance for non-paying bidders and we will proceed aggressively to rectify such situations. In addition, non paying bidders information will become public information and distributed through multiple venues. All items are sold "as is, where is" with no warranties expressed or implied. Descriptions are believed to be accurate but it is up to you to do your own due diligence on anything prior to bidding. Bids cannot be retracted for any reason. Age Requirement All bidders must be 18 years of age or older. Bidder Information and Security: All registration information the bidder provides to Advantage Auctions shall be current, complete, and accurate. All bidders are responsible for any bids placed under their bidding numbers and passwords. The security of bidder information is the responsibility of the bidder.
