Once an item is sold, the item becomes the property and responsibility of the winning bidder. The Auction Firm does not assume any responsibility for missing or damaged items or lots following the sale of an item. 13. No items may be removed from the premise until paid in full 14. If there are any disputes, of any kind for any reason, the auctioneer calling the auction is granted the final say 15. Sold means Sold. Item will not be resold or reopened unless the auctioneer determines it is necessary 16. Absentee, telephone and/or internet bids will be accepted if the proper documents are on file prior to the sale and the Auctioneer and/or Auction Company Personnel will be responsible for processing all bids. 17. Items purchased need to be removed the day of the auction. If items are left they will be thrown away. Should special circumstances be in play, please notify the auctioneer and/or auction house personnel prior to bidding. 18. If you are caught moving any item from one box/flat or table to another you will be asked to leave. Please leave the items where you found them. 19. If you are caught stealing any item from our seller you will be detained for the police and will be removed from the location and prosecuted to extend of the law.

Handline's Auctions Absolute Live Auction April 29th in Berea #255 Doors will open at 11:45am to register This Auction wil be outside Rain or Shine. We will be having tables instead of the carts this time.. Maybe a couple carts.. 2 or 3 Sections of tables so everyone will be able to see this time.. We will keep loading the tables until the time is done. Auction will start at 12pm and go until 3pm unless we go through everything which i do not forsee.. we have a lot of things. No preview expect 5 to 10 mins before auctioning off the items.. This year we are going to be trying something different.. We will be opening up boxes the day of the auction and auctioning off 3 to 4 tables. We will give you a few minutes to check out the items on the table and we will continue this for 3 hours. After the 3 hours we will be done. So the faster you bid and pick the more items we can get through. There are many great items in these boxes. Glass, Porcleain. Jewlery, Sports Items, Diecast, ect.. Come and see what great items you can get. If you like Garage sales, flea markets, reseller, i am sure you will find some great items..
