Auction items can be inspected July 21st, 2022, from 1:00pm to 4:00pm or July 23rd, 2022, from 8:00am to 11:00 am.
Location for Inspection is 241 N. Saint Francis St. Poseyville, IN 47633
Buyer's Premium: 12% on all items
Prior to bidding, all Internet Buyers must be approved by George Auction Group LLC.
All hour meters, odometers, tachometers are assumed correct, but will not be verified by George Auction Group. That is the buyer's responsibility.
Payments must be paid in FULL within 2 Business days.
Pick up Times: Tuesday July 26th and Wednesday July 27th. 8:00am to 4:30PM CST
Payment and pick up may be made at same time ONLY if paying by cash. NO EXCEPTIONS
Other payments can be made via the following methods:
Wire Transfer: All Winning bids over $1000 are wire transfer or ACH only. Wire Fee of $25.00 for domestic and $70.00 for out of USA. Cashier's check, personal check or money order are all subject to a 7-10 day holding period before items can be picked up. ACH payments can be made at no charge.
Credit Card: A 3.5% fee will be added to all credit card payments.
Successful bidders must contact us within 12 hours of the completion of the auction to verify method of payment.
Out of the US purchases MUST be paid by wire. A $70.00 fee Will be added to all wire transfers to cover Bank Fees.
Applicable Indiana State Sales Tax will be charged on all Lots. Bidders from outside the State will be exempt from Sales Tax if they provide an approved tax exemption status form and exception certificates that are acceptable to the State.
Items must be picked up within 2 days or there will be a $25.00/day storage fee applied unless other arrangements are made. After 10 days, items will be resold, and no refund will be returned to customer.
Buyer is responsible for all freight and handling charges.
All buyers are responsible for ALL shipping and shipping Documents.
We encourage self-inspections before bidding on any item.
All Items Are Sold "AS IS WHERE IS" with no guarantees.

All title lots will have the titles sent 30 days after auction completion via certified mail.
