ONSITE TERMS: Cash, check or debit/credit card on day of auction. A 3% buyer’s premium will be charged with a 3% discount for payment by cash or check. A $10 per gun firearms transfer fee will be charged. All sales are subject to a 7% Indiana sales tax. For checks written in the amount of $1,000 or more, a $500 credit card authorization is required. In accordance with federal law, NO firearms will be released from Vanderburgh Fairgrounds. All firearms will be processed and picked up from Sohn & Associates office located at 12600 N Green River Rd. in Evansville, IN 47725. (Only a very short drive from the auction site). Processing & Pickup will be available the day of the auction and then following the auction Monday through Friday from 8:00am -4:00pm.
