All items must be paid for by the close of the Auction or upon invoice and pick up of items during alloted pick up times If you choose to pay in another manor than by credit card please contact us prior to the Auction or immedately at the close of the Auction via Email. Acceptable forms of payment: Cash, Good Check, Visa, MasterCard, Discover (3.99% surcharge)
For successful Buyers, A 15% buyers premium will be charged to the total invoice price.
Imediately when an item is Sold it becomes the property and resposnibility of the Buyer. All items sell AS-IS with no warranties or guarantees by the Seller(s) or the Auction company. The Bidder is responsible for determing his or her opinion of the condition and authenticity of an item before purchasing the item, not after.
