The sellers, no one acting on their behalf, or Southern Nest Auction Staff will be bidding to increase the bid, or to "protect" items. Individual members of an estate may legally bid to purchase items. Bid with confidence that the final sale price of all items will be determined only by the fair bidding procedures built into this software. All items are sold "As Is", and no warranty is expressed or implied. The item descriptions are made through the collective knowledge of both the sellers and Southern Nest staff, but are not guaranteed.
