If shipping applies, once lots are sorted and shipping is calculated, a separate invoice will be emailed and arrangements made to procure in house shipping at that point. All sales are final. All items sold as-is where is. We will do our best to describe all items properly, but it is your responsibility to determine actual items condition and functionality. We welcome you to preview items and use photographs to determine condition and completeness. We welcome your questions and will do our absolute best to field any request you may have regarding these items. Some items may be new, however please do not assume that all items are. Please keep in mind all items are sold as is with parts as pictured and described. If an item is not pictured and/or described to be included with the sale, do not assume that it will be part of the sale. A bid is a binding contract and you are required to pay for the item and abide by our terms which includes picking your items up during the allotted period. Any item that is affixed in place is the responsibility of the buyer to uninstall. Removal of any item must be done in a safe manner that adheres to local and national safety and regulatory standards In the event of an internet outage or other electronic failure, the auction company reserves the right to postpone or delay auction closing until the outage or failure can be corrected in an effort to give everyone an equal chance to bid. This postponement may come at any time and is at the discretion of the auction company.
