It was built in 1890, has 1,104 square feet, and sits on a nice corner lot that measures 95'x149'. The home has had metal roof put on fairly recently. TAXES:The 2020 real estate taxes are $42.38 and are paid by the Seller. 2021 taxes to be prorated to the date of final settlement. INSPECTION: Please call or text message Justin Schultis at 402-300-1230 to schedule a showing. TERMS: A non-refundable earnest deposit of 20% of the purchase price shall be paid down upon signing purchase agreements. Purchase agreement must be signed and earnest deposit made by within 48 hours of the end of the auction. The balance shall be due on or before August 6th, 2021. The cost of title insurance and escrow closing shall be shared equally between the Buyer and Seller. Abstract & Title, Inc. shall be the title insurance company and Schultis & Son, Inc. shall conduct the escrow closing.
