In this auction you will find construction equipment, machinery, trucks, trailers, scaffolding systems, materials, tools, and shop equipment. Some of these items have been sitting for a long time. We have title paperwork for the trailers and vehicles. Pay close attention to the individual item descriptions and photos for details. We urge you to come to preview and satisfy yourself as to the condition of these items. All of these items are being sold in as is where is condition. Please bid accordingly.

Preview and Pickup Information:

Preview for this auction will be Saturday May 22 from 1 PM to 5 PM and Wednesday May 26 from 1-5 PM at 1445 Blue Grass Valley Road, Blue Grass VA 24413. Pickup is at the same location on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday May 27-29 from 9-5 each day. Pickups will be scheduled through signup genius. If you are a winning bidder you will get an email immediately after the auction to sign up for your pickup time.

We will have a skid loader available to assist in loading items. If you buy some of the larger items and trailers, you may need to provide other equipment. Please plan appropriate transportation for your items. If you need assistance with transportation let us know and we can put you in touch with trucking companies.

Shipping is not available for any items in this auction. Please do not bid if you cannot pick up your items during the specified pickup times. If you do not pick up your items by the end of the day on May 29 or have made arrangements with the auction company for pickup your items will be considered abandoned and you will forfeit those items. No Exceptions!

Terms of the Sale:

Buyers Premium and Sales Tax: The Buyer's Premium of 13% (3% discount for cash or check) will be added to each successful bid. Virginia Sales Tax of 5.3% will be charged on all items unless the buyer provides a valid sales tax exemption form. Sales tax exemption must be claimed and form presented before payment is made.

Merchandise: All Items Are Sold AS IS, WHERE IS, WITHOUT GUARANTEE. We urge you to examine all items carefully and satisfy yourself as to the condition and bid accordingly. We will not be accepting returns or providing refunds.

Payment: Cash, Credit Card, or Good Check are approved methods of payment.  Since we have no phone or internet service at the auction location, we will be charging all credit cards after the auction unless you notify us before the end of the auction that you will be paying via cash or check.

This online only auction will require bidders to enter a valid credit card in order to register to bid. When registering to bid, the credit card will be checked for available credit of $100 but the card will not be charged. At the end of the auction all successful bidders will receive an invoice via email and payment can be made online or you may bring payment with you to pick up. If payment arrangements are not made by the end of the pickup period then the credit card used for authorization purposes at the time of registration will be charged. All payments whether cash, check, or card must be made before any items are removed from the property.
