WE currently provides microloans to women in rural Tanzania, Africa. The microloans are accompanied by coaching and community to foster accountability and professional development. Since the inception of our microlending program in 2008, 100% of the loans administered by WE have been repaid.
All auction proceeds support World Encounter's microloan and mentoring programs for business women in rural Tanzania.
