Deed Restrictions: All Lots will be deed restricted to prohibit liquor stores, tattoo parlors, adult entertainment, vaping and tobacco shops, and any other nefarious use.

Rock Sounding and Depth: Scott and Ritter Construction Company was contracted by Thomas R Hunt Auctioneers to determine rock depth along the sewer easements indicated on the exhibit.
