For those that do not pick up there is a $75 restock fee on the invoice which we will charge against your card. 15% Buyers premium rate charged to bidders. We accept Cash or credit cards. Credit will be charged immediately after the auction ends. Cash discount at pick up on buyers premium of 2%. Pick up customers: Pick up is normally on Saturday and Sunday after the auction ends. You have until Sunday at 5pm to pick up the items. Shipping customers: Let us know up front you will need shipping on any items won. We charge a $10 Handling fee to pull your order and transport it to our 3rd party shipper. 3rd party shipper will contact you with options and you will pay him direct for shipping. Soft Close: we use the soft close therefore if any one bids in the last 3 minutes of the closing the auction will extend by 5 minutes.

Declined Cards: there is a $25.00 service fee assessed for any declined cards for any reason.

Large invoices: auction company my requite a deposit on the balance to be paid via cash or wire transfer for all amounts over $500

Loading: we do not provide loading assistance.  If you have large items requiring equipment you are to bring those items and help.

Condition and count:  you are buying as is, where is.  Unless otherwise specified.  We have not tested any of the items.  If you are buying items with contents you must take all the contents with you. Failure to do so may result in a clean up charge of $10.00.  Counts are approximate.

Sales Tax exemptions; Please forward you updated tax exemption informatio to dpattersonauctioneer@yahoo.com   No exemptions will be accepted after the auction closes.

Storage:  we give 2 days to get your items.  After 6pm on the last day of pick up you may be accessed a $1.00 per item penatly, per day. Non paid items will be sold at auctioneers descression and with out any further warning.  if you card will not accept the charges you may be banned for our auction site.

Shipping:  We will ship certain items from this sale.  IT WILL STATE CLEARLY SHIPPING.  Please Remember that price of items has nothing to do with the weight of those items, therefor weight is important for shipping.   You very well could buy something at $2.50 plus buyers premium, plus $10 handling, plus cost of packing and shipping.  Items are heavy please keep this in mind.  We will not refund your money because you decidied shipping was to high.  Bidding is a contract and is enforceable.  Think before you buy to ship.
