This auction has no buyer's premium. In order to bid on the real property listed on the platform, you must be able to produce and submit a $10,000 Cashier's Check deposit made out to I-15 Auctions Inc, hereout referred to as "Auction Company." In the event that you are the high bidder on a property, the Cashier's Check deposit will be kept by the Auction Company. In the event that you are not the high bidder, the Cashier's Check deposit will be returned as a Cashier's Check; if wired into our custodial account, it will be wired back to your account. Auction Company also requires proof of funds (financial statements) showing you have liquid funds meeting or exceeding the current high bid.
