TERMS: All buyers will be charged a 10% Buyer's Premium. All purchases MUST be paid in full on the day of the sale. All items are sold "As is" "Where is" with no warranties expressed or implied. If you have never bought items at a Devazier Auctioneers Auction, you must have a Gauranteed Bank Letter of Credit covering the dollar amount you intend to purchase. Buyer's will have 10 days to remove all purchases, after 10 days, there will be a $10 per day storage fee charged to each remaining item. Any Items remaining after 30 days will become property of Devazier Auctioneers and will be sold at the next auction.

Devazier Auctioneers is having a complete farm sellout auction on Wednesday November 7, 2018. This will be the BKS Farms Absolute Auction. The Auction will be located at the Devazier Auction Yard in Forrest City, AR. This auction will begin at 10:00 a.m. This auction will also be open to consignment from other area farmers, dealers, and lending institutions. If you have equipment you would like to sell, bring it in or give us a call at (870)633-4020.
