Buyer acknowledges that he/she is bidding on ALL items within the unit and ALL items must be removed and the unit must be left clean. A dumpster at the side of the building outside is available for your use. PLEASE BREAK DOWN ALL BOXES. Buyer must pay cash forthe unit in the amount of his/her highest bid. Buyer must remove the goods in 48 Hours or the goods will become property of STORAGEMAX, unless the Buyer signs a lease agreement for said unit, and pays cash for the current month's rent. It is the Buyer's responsibility to return all personal papers, photos, legal documents, tax returns, bank statements, yearbooks, etc. to STORAGEMAX for return to the customer. The Buyer acknowledges that in certain circumstances STORAGEMAX may contact the Buyer and request that certain items be purchased back, in order to prevent any court action with said customer, and the Buyer agrees to be fair in selling back those items at a reasonable price which may still be in the Buyer's possession.
