Therefore, self storage laws apply that allow us to sell these unclaimed vaults by the vault's entirety and not piecemeal. VIEWING: 9:00 a.m. on auction day. TERMS & CONDITIONS: NO ONE UNDER 16 ALLOWED IN WAREHOUSE. Valid U.S. issued, positive photo ID required at check-in. THIS IS A CASH ONLY AUCTION. There will be a $50 per vault deposit charged to the winning bidders that is refundable when the purchased vaults are empty. 10% buyers premium applies. All purchases must be paid for on auction day. Please bring appropriate help and vehicles as the entire vaults must be emptied and removed. There will be no sorting on the property, just load and go. Removals must be completed and off the property no later than 90 minutes after the auction or on the following Monday between 8-Noon. NO EXCEPTIONS. We will not be responsible for items not picked up within these parameters.
