Payment must be received prior to the pickup day. Receipts will be emailed to winning bidders. Print out your receipt (or have it available for viewing on your mobile device) and bring it with you on pickup day.
-Virginia state sales tax of 6% applies. Tax-exempt dealers must submit their information PRIOR to the auction's close.
-A buyer's premium of 15% will be added to every purchase.

If buyer fails to pick up during the pick up times, Alexandria Auctions reserves the right to either 1) charge a reasonable late pick up fee, 2) dispose of or donate them items, 3) resell the items at a later date.
