1. All items are sold "AS IS" and "WHERE IS" Highest bidder buys and owns it. 2. A deposit is required for each unit bought. If anything is left in dumpster or unit the deposit is forfeited. 3. Buyer has 24 hrs. to remove all items from the unit.(Different arrangements may sometimes be made.) 4. Anyone has the right to bid and buy at the discretion of the Auctioneer. 5. Life Storage has the right to pull any unit from the sale. 6. All payments must be made in cash...No checks accepted. 7. Sales tax will be charged unless you have a vendor's number. 8. Any customer or anyone associated with that customer can not bid on their units. 9. There is a 10% Buyer's Premium on all sales.
