Payment required immediately after the sale and prior to any loading or removal from the auction site. Payment methods will be cash or local check with proper ID. No out of state checks unless a bank letter of guarantee is presented prior to the start of the sale and it must include the bank managers contact information including a way to contact them day of sale along with proper ID. If you have any questions regarding acceptable payment methods please contact us before the sale as we reserve the right to cancel any and all bids for failure to comply with a known condition of the sale. We also reserve the right to refuse any checks for any reason should we suspect there may be a problem so bring cash.
10% Buyers Premium in place for the sale. Local KY Sales Tax unless you have a valid resale certificate.
The sale will be recorded including both audio and video to ensure accuracy of check-in and bidding.

It’s that time of year again. Bullitt County Public Schools will be selling all the surplus equipment they have accumulated over the last year or more. Lots of good equipment to be sold starting at 9:00 am sharp. If you would like to view the equipment earlier, the gate will be open after 8:00 am. We are selling seven buses and two maintenance vans which all were in service until just recently. Buses and Vans will not leave the Bus Compound until proof of transfer is presented to BCPS.
