TERMS & CONDITIONS:
Advertisement will be placed in the local paper. The Leasee of the unit has until the designated time of the auction to satisfy the lien and stop that unit from being sold. Therefore, the number of units may vary from the published advertisement. Bidders must registered in the office to bid. Winners will be recorded by bidder's last name. Units will be opened at the time it is offered for bidding. Bidders will not be allowed to cross the threshold of the unit. The unit will sell as a whole, the bidder wins treasures & trash. The winner does not have use of the dumpster onsite. CASH only, payable at the end of the auction in the office. A hand ticket will be given as a receipt with the purchased unit number annotated. Bidders should come prepared to clear out the purchased units on the day of the Auction.
