These tracts were sold at public auction on July 20, 2018. They are currently in the NC mandated 10 day upset period. Anyone can upset the bid on any of the 4 tracts during the upset period. The upset bid must be done at the Martin County Clerk of Court office and must include cash or certified check in the amount of $750 as a deposit. The current high bid is posted in the header for each lot, long with the date of the bid. Bids MUST BE PLACED within 10 days of the poted date.
