Up to 13 units will be offered by competetive bidding May 10, 2018 at Pak Rat Storage, 383 Washington St. Allentown PA 18102 starting at 10AM..........Please arrive by 9:45 AM to register to bid........This is a CASH ONLY sale, a $100 deposit is required for unit(s) purchased, deposits will be returned as soon as your unit(s) is/are completely cleaned out, broom swept and confirmed clear by a Pak Rat employee.........Units must be vacated by Sunday May 13th by the end of the business day..........Complete terms and conditions will be discussed prior to sale and take precedent..........NO ONE CAN REGISTER, BID OR ATTEND THE AUCTION IF NOT IN THE OFFICE FOR TERMS AND CONDITIONS BY 10AM!!!!!!! FYI...........Pak Rat will now be conducting auctions the second Thursday of EVERY month instead on once every two months.............Bidders can also be placed on a texting list to be notified.............See me at the auction if you want to be on that list or text me at 610 844 4118..............Thanks and hope to see you May 10th at 10 AM. |
