Terms are 13% buyers premium, credit cards and approved checks accepted, 3% discount if paying with cash. All sales are FINAL, all items are sold AS-IS with no warranty or guarantees of any kind. All items must be removed by 5 PM on March 22, 2018 or the buyer can be charged towing and storage to a local storage facility. Bring your trucks and trailers and be ready to load your purchases immediately after auction is completed. THERE WILL BE NO LOADING DURING AUCTION, Once items are awarded by the auctioneer, payment is due and purchaser is responsible for the items. SELLER and AUCTIONEER are not responsible for any loss, damage or shortages of awarded items. Any tax exempt forms must be emailed to Dwayne@TownvilleStation.com or hand delivered BEFORE start of auction on auction day. Clerks will not accept tax exempt forms once bidding has begun. Security will be onsite and any theft or attempt of theft will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
