Term and Conditions for the Auction:
Payment must be made at pick up with Credit Card, Cash or Good Check made payable to Schaben Auction Service. If items are not picked up, the credit card will be charged and the items will be forfited. If paying with a credit card there is a 3.5% Processing Fee. Credit cards are not kept on file with Schaben Auction Service. Declined Cards will be subject to a $35.00 transaction fee.There will be a 10% Buyers premium added to the final price on all online purchases.
Buyer must rely on own visual inspection regarding the usability of items purchased. Auctioneer and staff make no guarantees or warranties, expressed or implied. All items sold on "as is where is" basis. Online announcements day of close of sale take precedence over any printed material. Once the auction is closed the item is sold to the highest bidder.
Bidders understand and acknowledge that they may not be able to inspect an item as well as if they examined it in person. It is the Bidder's responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determinative factor. Schaben Auction Service may attempt to describe the merchandise in advertising, on the internet and at the auction but makes no representations. In no event shall Schaben Auction Service, be held responsible for having made or implied any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Bidder shall be the sole judge of value.
