Hello and welcome to our final auction of 2017. This is an estate liquidation auction at a home in Chippewa Township. All of the items will be picked up at the home on January 6. In case of inclement weather, we will announce an alternate pick up date to all winning bidders. As this pick up will be held in a private home, we ask that you be respectful of the home and surrounding property. There is ample parking for pick up. Please do not park on the grass or attempt to pull behind the home, you will be held responsible for any damage if you ignore this request. Also, as this is an immaculate home, please be sure to wipe your feet especially if it is raining or snowing outside. We really don't want to soil the carpets.

Pick up will be one day and one day only. If you can't attend on January 6, please don't bid. If, for weather reasons, pick up must be delayed, we will make every effort to communicate that as quickly as possible. We need to make pick up quick and efficient as the family prepares the home for rental.

Featured in this estate are many furniture lots, collectibles, kitchenware and decorative items. All items are extremely clean and well kept. The home owner had quite a few crock pots and coffee makers, all of them are in working order. They have been painstakingly cleaned and tested by the family. Rest assured that any small appliance you purchase is in fine working order and extremely clean!

1.	Additional Description: Lovely black sofa with off white accents . The piece is in very good condition. We noted no staining, rips or tears. Measures 80X30.
2.	Additional Description: This floor lamp has three different lighting configurations. As shown, the base and top light up independently or together. The lamp measures approximately 60 inches tall by 5.5 inches wide. Please note, this lot is the lamp only.
3.	Additional Description: This coffee table appears to be black lacquer with a marble like finish on the top. The piece is in excellent condition. It coordinates nicely with the sofa in lot 1. Measures 36X28X26.
4.	Additional Description: Matching pair of end tables. These tables match the coffee table in lot 3. If you'd like a new look for your living room, all of the pieces coordinate very nicely. Each table measures 20XX21X18.5.
5.	Additional Description: This black lacquer look curio has three shelves behind the large glass doors. The storage space underneath is large enough to store books, DVDs or even children's toys. The piece is in excellent condition. Measures 77X18X31.
6.	Additional Description: This lot consists mostly of china marked W.S. Geroge Derwood 611A. The lot includes the following: 12 dinner plates 12 cups 12 saucers 12 bowls 11 cake plates 12 bread plates 11 small bowls 2 oval serving plates 1 round serving plate 1 gravy boat 1 gravy boat tray 1 small oval serving plate 1 small serving bowl 1 creamer 1 sugar Also included are 5 pieces marked Haviland. 7.	Additional Description: This Shark Rotator cordless vacuum is nearly new. It was used for a short period of time and is in excellent condition. It comes with the original box, charger and instruction manual.
8.	Additional Description: This sturdy folding table would be great for crafts, puzzles or coloring. This is a smaller sized folding table. The top is heavy plastic which is very sturdy. Measures 29X18X17.
9.	Additional Description: This faux leather rolling office chair is in excellent condition.
10.	Additional Description: Lot includes one LG PA6500 60 inch plasma flat screen television and the glass and metal stand. The television and stand are both in excellent condition. The consignor states that the TV is in working order. Also included are the remote and the owner's manual. This TV and the stand are both heavy, so please bring any required help. Again, the television does work.
11.	Additional Description: Lite On brand DVD recorder. The unit powers on without any issues. We did not test the burning or recording capabilities.
12.	Additional Description: Sylvania brand VCR/DVD combo. The unit powers on with no issues. We didn't go crazy and watch videos/DVDs on it, but it appears to be in fine working order.
13.	Additional Description: Panasonic brand 5 phone cordless phone system. This item is blue tooth compatible. The base phone and four additional handsets can be linked to a cell phone so that incoming cell phone calls ring directly to the landline. The phones also feature audible caller ID and many other handy functions. Included are the instruction manual, five phones with five charging bases and all necessary cords. The owner's manual is also included.
14.	Additional Description: This cute lamp is made to look like an old style pitcher and basin set. It is in excellent condition and has an almost new shade. The lamp is in fine working condition. This piece would match any rustic/country decor perfectly.
15.	Additional Description: This three piece decorative lot includes two brass swan and one lead crystal vase. All are in excellent condition and very heavy.
16.	Additional Description: This large framed poster features all five members of the Rat Pack standing outside the Sands. The poster and the frame are both in excellent condition. This piece measures 39X27.
17.	Additional Description: This five piece lot of decorative items includes one resin table top fountain, one set of flameless LED candles with remote control and one Bath and Body Works three wick candle in Cinnamon Carmel Swirl. The candles are all in working order. As shown, the candle has never been lit.
18.	Additional Description: This collector's plate is marked House of Erte and is titled Symphony in Black. The plate is Art Deco in appearance, however, it is not from the Deco period. It's in excellent condition.
19.	Additional Description: This four piece lot includes decorative collectibles to celebrate a 40th wedding anniversary. Most of the pieces are from Lefton. The wine glass is from Fenton.
20.	Additional Description: Two piece lot includes a stained glass lamp style candle holder and one smaller crystal dish with lid. The handle on the lid is heart shaped.
21.	Additional Description: This two piece lot features decorative items to celebrate a 50th wedding anniversary. The large plate is marked Lefton.
22.	Additional Description: This piece is interesting. It's a candle holder that takes three tealight candles. The glass surrounding the piece is almost mirror like in finish. We didn't light the candles to see the effect of the glow behind the glass, but we're sure it's beautiful when lit. The piece is heavy and in excellent condition.
23.	Additional Description: This pair of vintage end tables would be great for a project. Both pieces are in good condition. They have a leather look top and one shelf each. Both measure 30X23X19.
24.	Additional Description: This small stained glass lamp has an adorable butterfly motif. The piece is in good working condition.
25.	Additional Description: Beautiful silverplate music box from Wallace Silversmiths. This piece works and is a bit on the heavy side. It comes with the original box. Please note, this is plate and not sterling.
26.	Additional Description: This framed piece is interesting. It features a boy holding a butterfly net with a cage in the background. The piece is signed Bennett and is numbered 249 of 260. The piece was professionally framed. Despite exhaustive research, we were unable to find exactly which Bennett produced the work. It is in excellent condition.Measures 25X19 with the frame.
27.	Additional Description: This lovely Asian umbrella is most likely a decorative tourist piece. It features beautiful birds and flowers throughout. Please note, these are some holes in the umbrella.
28.	Additional Description: Vintage sound and motion wall hanging. This one features a lighthouse. When the piece is plugged in and turned on, it makes nautical noises and mimics the ocean tide. The piece is in working order.

33.	Additional Description: This lovely vintage wash bowl and pitcher set are both marked Ironstone. Both pieces are in excellent condition.
34.	Additional Description: Vintage Chef Mate brand butane one burner stove. This piece is in great condition. It comes with a handy travel bag for your next camping trip.
35.	Additional Description: Yankee Candle votive holder in a Halloween motif. This piece features a skeleton cat and a jack o'lantern. It is in excellent condition.
36.	Additional Description: Sturdy older style sleeper loveseat. The piece is in overall good condition. It does have a sleeper, so it is heavier than a traditional loveseat. Measures 66X31X30.

Research further indicates that this piece is a reproduction done in cast marble of one of Glinsky's pieces which was sculpted in marble. The piece is in excellent condition.
