TERMS AND CONDITIONS: This auction is timed , on line only bidding. Pre-bidding is available at any time prior to the opening of the live auction. All property is sold 'AS IS, WHERE IS', and ‘ALL SALES ARE FINAL’. Requests to cancel bids after the closing of a lot will be denied. It is the Bidder's responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determinative factor by the title and description information along with the photographs provided. Bounds Auctions has endeavored to fully and completely describe the merchandise in its text and photographs and warrants that each photo represents the actual item offered. Much of the photography was performed on site, with color corrected or natural lighting. Every attempt has been made to properly represent the merchandise. In no event shall Bounds Auctions be held responsible for having made or implied any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Bidder shall be the sole judge of value and condition. Auction and all documentation is in English only; all communication with auction company must be in English. All payments must be US denominated. Inspection: Inspection of the merchandise is encouraged and is by appointment. Auctioneer will need to be contacted in advance and be notified as to which lots are to be inspected. Auctioneer must be present. When bids are made, sales are final and no returns are accepted for any reason other than receiving the wrong item. Should an item be damaged in shipping, the buyer will have purchased insurance to cover said loss and collect from the carrier’s insurance directly. Under no circumstances will the Bidder hold Bounds Auctions or any of its agents responsible for any problem created by the internet auction service provider. Buyer agrees to pay the buyer’s premium, any on-line provider fees and all related packing and shipping costs. The auctioneer reserves the right to withdraw any property at any time. DETERMINATION OF HIGHEST BIDDER: The highest bidder accepted by the auctioneer shall be the buyer. In the event of any dispute the auctioneer may determine who the successful bidder is and his decision shall be final. Your bid is a legally binding contract. Upon the fall of the auctioneer's hammer, title will pass to the highest bidder, and the property is thereafter at the purchaser's sole risk and responsibility. Participants must register and be approved to bid before the auction. The auctioneer reserves the right to deny approval for any reason. PAYMENT Payment is due at the close of the auction, upon presentation of the invoice to the buyer via e-mail. PayPal is our preferred method of payment and is made available directly through the invoice. Visa and MasterCard are also accepted. Wire transfer is recommend for any bidder’s total in excess of $7,500 USD, and required by all bidders outside the United Sates, with the buyer bearing all costs associated with sending the transfer. 6% PA sales tax will be charged to PA residents CREDIT CARDS If not using Paypal, the Auction Company accepts only Visa and MasterCard ONLY for payment. Winning bidder’s credit card information will be required by the electronic bidding platform to register to bid and it may be used for payment to the auction company as well as for packing and shipping. If you are the winning bidder you must provide phone contact information to auction company. Bidder should contact the auction company at the phone number provided on the invoice or they will be contacted by the auction company for payment processing over the phone. Courier Service is also available upon advance request. Please wait for initial contact from the shipping agent, which will happen once the merchandise has transferred to their possession. Shipping and packing and insurance (if desired) costs are paid directly to the shipping agent. It is strongly preferred that all merchandise be handled by the exclusive shipper for this auction. The shipper will receive items upon receipt of payment to Bounds Auctions. Arrangements for packing, shipping, etc. and all costs associated with same will be between buyer and shipping agent. Shipping agent will contact buyer when merchandise moves into their possession. Lots will be combined for shipping to minimize cost as much as possible. SPECIAL NOTE: The auction company is not responsible for any moving, packing or shipping. If you choose, it may be possible for you to arrange to pick up your merchandise by appointment with the auctioneer in the week following the auction. You MUST notify Bounds Auctions prior to the start of the auction if you intend to pick up items for which you are the winning bidder. You must provide your copy of the paid invoice and identification at that time. Please keep in mind that the majority of these items are kept in a secure environment, therefore advance notice must be given and pick up will be at a location subject to the approval of Bounds Auctions.
