Terms and Conditions: 10% Buyers Fee with minimum of $50 and maximum buyers fee of $500.  20% Due day of sale and Balance Due by 5:00 PM Monday August 14. All vehicles will be sold as-is where is with no guarantee or warranty. We do guarantee titles. Please inspect the vehicles you are interested in prior to the sale to satisfy yourself as to the condition of the vehicle. All vehicles will have either a new Virginia State Inspection sticker or a recent Rejection sticker with disclosure to the buyer. Forms of Payment Accepted: Good Check (subject to verification), Cash, and Credit Cards (up to $5,000 and with a 3% surcharge). Vehicles and titles will not be released until payment has been made in full. Titling and Tags: 30 Day Temporary Tags will be available for most vehicles on the day of sale. Title processing and permanent plates available through the Mountain Valley Motors sales office the week following sale.
