Random Coin reserves the right to rescind the sale in the event of nonpayment, Random Coin clerical error or for any other reason and in Random Coin sole discretion. HiBid occasionally experiences Internet and/or Server service outages, during which bidders cannot participate or place bids. If such outages occur, Random Coin may at our discretion extend bidding for the Auction. 18.
