The following terms & conditions (the "Terms") shall apply to any purchase by any party (the "Buyer") either directly from MIdwest Antiques and Auctions Inc., its employees, agents or representatives or in (a "Transaction") in which Midwest Antiques and Auctions Inc, serves as auctioneer, broker, agent . These terms apply to all Transactions conducted by Midwest Antiques and Auctions Inc. without limitation. Terms shall remain in effect until either revoke in writing from Buyer and Court Order or by Midwest Antiques and Auctions Inc. discretion. If any of the following provisions of these Terms and Conditions or Responsibility are not followed or broken with the Authority of Midwest Antiques and Auctions Inc. has in all rights as the operating Excecutive Officer(s) and Power of Attorney in regards to any merchandise, ownership or other transactions shall have any and all rights without legal ramifications of any type in business or personal. Any and All Dosition(s) will be conducted with the Authority of Midwest Antiques and Auctions Inc.
SHIPPING POLICY: We will facilitate any shipping items for a buyer anywhere in the USA and Internationally. At the completion of an auction Payment is Due, The following Day if Payment and or Payment Arrangements have not been Made we will charge the card on file (unless alternate information provided) for the invoice amount which includes the buyer's premium. Then items will be dropped off at The UPS Store in either CedarFalls or Waterloo Iowa for the packing and shipping. They will then contact you to arrange shipping and payment options.
At the completion of an auction Payment is Due Immediately the following Day after the Auction if Payment and or Payment Arrangements have not been Made we will charge the card on file (unless alternate information provided) for the invoice amount which includes the buyer's premium. There will be a $25.00 Fee for Declined Cards. The possibility of storage fees may be assessed if invoices are not settled in a timely matter
