IF YOU BID AND DO NOT PICKUP THE TOTAL WILL BE CHARGED TO THE CARD YOU REGISTERED WITH AND YOU WILL BE FLAGGED. No returns for any reason. We describe all items to the best of our ability however all items are sold as is, where is, with no warranty or guarantee. We also reserve the right to reject any bid for any reason at our sole discretion. Buyer's Premium & Tax: Please note that 8.25% sales tax is applied to all purchases unless you have a tax exempt number on file with us. There is also a 15% buyer's premium applied to all purchases. Staggered & Soft Closing: The auction will begin closing at 7:00 pm CST on 02/26/2021. One lot will end every 20 seconds. The closing time of each lot will be automatically extended an additional 2 minutes whenever a bid is placed within the last 2 minutes of any lot. All items purchased must be picked up Sat. 02/27/21 between 12-3 pm. If items are not picked up, the items are disposed of at the auctioneers discretion. The auctioneer reserves the right to cancel and/or reopen the auction, extend bidding or cancel bidding in the case of system failures. We also reserve the right to add or remove items from the auction. Neither the company providing the software nor D & S Auction Co. shall be held responsible for a missed bid or the failure of the software to function properly for any reason.
