The Auctioneer may announce changes, additional terms, or make deletions before ordering the close of the auction. The Auctioneer reserves the right to reject any bid. On lots upon which there is a reserve, The Auctioneer shall have the right to act as a proxy bidder. A standard 15% BUYER'S PREMIUM will apply to each lot or item sold, unless otherwise specified. However, buyer's paying by cash will recieve a 3% DISCOUNT on their purchases (which would equate to 12% buyer's premium, unless otherwise specified. SALES TAX will also be applied to each lot or item sold. If you are TAX EXEMPT, please bring your vaild certificate and a completed form for our records. All items MUST be removed within the specified window of time. SHIPPING is avaiable on select items; please read details below. CONDITIONS OF ITEMS FOR SALE. Each item is sold "AS-IS, WHERE-IS," with no warranty expressed or implied. Any descriptions or representations are believed to be correct, but are still for identification purposes only, and are not to be construed as a warranty of any type. It is the responsibility of THE BUYER to have inspected the merchandise thoroughly, to determine it's condition, value, authenticity, and use, and to bid based upon that judgement solely. DATE CHANGE!!!! Not only due to the inclimate weather but also the wrath it left we are moving the closing and pick up of this sale by a week. As of now we don't have electric and were not given a fix. I apoligize for issues that may come however, we try to keep the safety of our employees and customers in mind. If you have any questions feel free to contact jeramy directly. We got amazing original art work by some great artists. We have some fine pieces that go pew pew and we have even more great items up for auction. Unfortunatley the sale ends after Valentine's Day but you can always write an IOU in a card a win your significant other some cool stuff. PLEASE READ the terms and conditions. Very important if you are bidding on the pew pews. Sale is open now. More items will be added so check back for more. Sale ends on February 26th begining at 8pm. Pick-up is Saturday 27th from 10am - 3pm. Everything must be paid for and picked up Saturday. (Exception for the guns - You must pay for them in Arlington but will be picking them up from our FFL in Irving by appointment. Most everything starts at $3.00 but there are some items with reserves. This is a beautiful piece at just under 100 years old. The ammo is fed through a charging port in the stock. The gun shows it's age a little bit still in great shape for 98 years old.
