You must provide a copy of your tax exempt status, otherwise you WILL be charged the local Tax rate. ANY announcements made the day of sale supercede previous information published. 10% Buyer Premium in effect. All items sold as-is where-is unless otherwise stated. All items must be removed by 5 p.m. the following Tuesday, unless otherwise arranged with the Auctioneer. Anyone, either customer or consigner, who leaves merchandise beyond that time frame forfeits any and all rights to that property, and will be charged a disposal fee.
