Purchases must be picked up in the first three days following an auction unless other arrangements have been made. We encourage you to preview and inspect before you buy. By placing a bid the bidder signifies that they are bidding regardless of item condition. All items are subject to Wisconsin sales tax 5% and Portage County sales tax ½% unless you hold a resale license. Items left at auction house are done so at the sole responsibility of the buyer. Consignment items. All items sold as is where is with no warranties expressed or implied. The exception is If an item is not as described you have one week to return for refund. Any visual characteristics must be checked at time of pick up. Shipping is available, shipping price plus $2 for packaging. I am not able to ship alcohol or large items. If items are difficult to package there may be an additional fee. Settlement will be made to credit card on file unless other arrangements are made. If you have not picked up by the end of the week the auction ends in the card on file will be charged. If we are able to ship we will charge card on file and ship your items.
